說明：
一、依據本局 114 年度菸害防制工作計畫書辦理。
二、藉由家庭教育之影響，拒絕「菸」的危害，繪製創意四格淺顯易懂的漫畫，提升民眾的健康知識，請惠予協助公告菸害創意四格漫畫繪畫比賽活動訊息。
三、活動明系如下：
(一)參加對象：本市國小五至六年級學生。
(二)參賽組數:至多 80 組，額滿為止（以郵戳為憑）。
(三)作品規格:（以四開繪圖紙 39 公分*54 公分）分四等份。
(四)作品主題:以 1.「如何拒絕菸品（含電子煙）」、 2.「遠離二、三手菸危害」、 3.「勸家人及朋友如何戒菸」為主軸。
(五)將「報名表」(附件一)手寫或列印貼於畫紙背面左下角並將授權書如(附件二)浮貼 於畫紙背面右上角。每件作品限一位作者且每人限參加一件作品，指導老師 1 名。

五、收件日期：即日起至 114 年 09 月 19 日（星期五）截止，郵戳為憑逾期者不受理收件。
六、獎項：第 1 名商品禮券 6,000 元，指導老師商品禮券 2,000 元、第 2 名商品禮券 4,000 元，指導老師商品禮券 1,000 元、第 3 名商品禮券 3,000 元，指導老師商品禮券 1,000 元、佳作共 8 名每位商品禮券 1,000 元，指導老師每位商品禮券 2,00 元，入選共 10 名，入選 300 元商品禮券、指導老師每位 100 元。
