二、呼應聯合國永續發展目標及「臺灣 2050 淨零排放路徑」，本局與該會推動旨揭計畫協助學校減塑教育順利推動，透過一次性塑膠用品源頭減量，讓全民共同實踐淨零綠生活。
三、旨揭計畫規劃辦理「減塑培力教師工作坊」及補助學校辦理「親師減塑講座」，以利教師回校推動減塑教材教案及帶領學生進行減塑集點活動及學校成果交流分享，有關減塑培力教師工作坊資訊摘述如下：
