旨揭比賽內容簡述如下，詳情請參閱簡章：
(一)參賽及報名方式：分為單人參賽或組隊參賽（每件作品最多以 3 人為限），採線上報名（報名網址： https://reurl.cc/A6ENXp ）。
(二)創作方向（可擇一或相互交融）：
１、宜蘭縣在地之環境議題：食品安全（主要）、 2025 淨零排放、宜蘭在地自然與人文特色（例：龜山島、蘭陽溪、
太平山、漁港、傳統市場等）、宜蘭縣內環境教育設施場所、環保旅宿、廚餘回收循環再生、污染預防、棲地保護、再生能源、溪流水域生態環境…等。
２、其他主題：氣候變遷、環境保護與永續利用、文化保存、 SDGs 永續發展目標、海洋資源復育、循環經濟、綠色旅遊、生物多樣性、友善環境…等。
３、獎勵方式：前 3 名及佳作 3 名將頒發禮卷與獎狀，本年度佳作其中 1 名，將優先選擇國中（含）以下同學之作品；另作品規格符合簡章內容規定，即可獲得參加獎，鼓勵學生發揮創意並踴躍投稿。
