一、接種 COVID-19 疫苗可降低感染後重症及死亡的風險，請貴校(園)協助宣導並鼓勵尚未完成基礎劑(第一劑及第二劑)及追加劑接種之學生儘速接種，以建立完善保護力，並持續做好個人防護及配合防疫規範。
二、請貴校(園) 務必透過多元管道(學校網站、社群軟體、班親會相關場合、家庭訪視、聯絡簿等方式)宣導家長，符合接種資格者，請透過「臺南打疫苗」系統預約施打： https://health-reservation.tainan.gov.tw/；為方便家長攜帶學童接種疫苗，除本市 COVID-19 疫苗門診之日間診次外，亦可多加利用夜診及假日診次，或前往衛生所免預約門診施打，接種當日請攜帶健保卡、接種紀錄卡（黃卡）至接種地點。
三、並請提醒家長，接種後請多加留意學生身體狀況，多喝水多休息，如有持續發燒超過 48 小時、嚴重過敏反應如呼吸困難、氣喘、眩暈、心跳加速、全身紅疹等不適症狀，應儘速就醫釐清病因。同時亦請宣導親師生應落實手部衛生、佩戴口罩、減少不必要移動、避免出入人多擁擠之場所，保護自己也保護他人健康。
