說明：
一、依據本局 110 年 10 月 3 日臉書粉絲專頁民眾留言暨空氣污染防制法（以下簡稱空污法）第 38 條、汽車停車怠速管理辦法（以下簡稱管理辦法）規定辦理。
二、查上述管理辦法第 3 條規定，於下列場所，停車怠速等候逾三分鐘者，應關閉引擎：（一）、公私立停車場、（二）道路（不包含高速公路、快速公路及快速道路）、（三）、其他供汽車停放、接駁、轉運之場所。
三、怠速除會增加車輛油耗，引擎積碳，期間排放大量空氣污染物影響空氣品質，是為健全下一代的學習環境，請協助推動校園零怠速，並向家長宣導等待學童放學時勿怠速，本局後續將派員進行稽查，違者將開罰 1,500 元到 60,000 元不等罰鍰。
四、為落實節能減碳政策，請貴校協助宣導出廠滿 5 年機車應實施定期檢驗，本局備有簡訊通知系統平台可供設籍本市機車登錄並於定檢前免費簡訊通知，網址： https://web2.envimac.com.tw/dsms/RegData ；另鼓勵民眾汰換老舊機車換購電動二輪車，今(110)年度最高可獲 2 萬 5 千元補助,補助資訊如下： https://lowpoll.easylife.net.tw/。
