主旨：邀請貴校職員參與，以及協助宣傳108年4月13日、14日「打破沉默，揭發隱匿--面對校園性犯罪之台日經驗交流」研討會。
說明：
一、本會長期協助學生及家長處理校園申訴案件，發現許多學校在處理師對生之性平事件時，常有事件的釐清、處理程序、事態的認定，以至於價值判斷上的困難，甚至是在事件處理的過程中，受到多重的壓力，以至於最終的處理結果，往往不是站在積極保護學生的立場，反而是混入了許多師長為了保護自己的考量。本會了解處理這類事件的難，卻也認為師對生之性騷擾、性侵害事件不該再發生，一次都不能容忍。為使這類事件的預防及處理上能更加有效、妥適，在體制上能有更多檢討與反思的機會，本會將與台灣大學人口與性別研究中心共同舉辦「打破沉默，揭發隱匿--面對校園性犯罪之台日經驗交流」研討會，邀請撰寫《被隱匿的校園性犯罪：老師叫我不要說，這都是為我好》，記載日本校園性平案之記者池谷孝司，與日本「防止校園性騷擾全國網絡（SSHP）」團體代表龜井明子，來台擔任本次研討會之主講人。
二、池谷孝司與龜井明子皆是日本關注並協助處理校園師對生性侵害之重要人物，期藉日方角度與經驗來討論台灣的案例，協助指出問題癥結、制度上改善措施，提升我國對教育環境之重視、思考如何改變制度以更加積極保護學生身體自主。

２、地點：高雄師範大學行政大樓10樓國際會議廳(高雄市苓雅區和平一路116號)

四、校園性平議題為重大人權、教育及社會議題，需要第一線教師更多的參與與討論，才有可能更加保障學生安全，建立具有健康、充足性別意識之校園環境。故邀請貴校教職員參與本次活動，以及協助宣傳本活動訊息：
