一、為鼓勵本市師生從事兒童文學創作及提供學生美術創作發表空間，特舉辦旨揭比賽。
二、比賽項目、類別及組別：
（一）項目：徵文及徵圖。
（二）類別：
１、徵文：童話、童詩、校園故事、第 5.6 輯閱讀心得、家庭生活故事等 5 類。
２、封面。
（三）組別：徵文類分國小低年級、國小中年級組、國小高年級組、教師組等 4 組；封面徵圖類分國小一至三年級組、
國小四至六年級組等 2 組。
三、收件方式：公私立國小學生組由各校統一送件，不受理個人送件。
四、收件日期：自 106 年 3 月 27 日至 4 月 7 日止，以郵戳為憑。
五、寄件地點：左鎮國小（ 713 臺南市左鎮區中正里 7 號，電話： 5731019 ）。
