經教育部、國網中心、中研院及 TANet 區網中心/TWAREN GigaPOP 共同召開會議協調後，國網中心預計於 5/31~6/9 期間進行「教育學術研究骨幹網路頻寬效能提升計畫」之 TWAREN 100G 新、舊骨幹網路電路第一階段移轉作業，移轉期間 TWAREN 骨幹將因為線路改接造成路由波動收斂使流量受到影響。
