主旨：檢送本市「閱讀教育推廣講師人才資料庫」建置實施計畫乙份(如附件)，請 查照。
說明：
一、為推動本市閱讀教育，擬設置「閱讀教育推廣講師」人才資料庫，以供國中小學校推動閱讀教育相關諮詢及培訓課程之師資。
二、請學校轉知所屬人員並鼓勵推薦符合資格者，以充實閱讀教育推廣講師人才資料庫，促進人才交流。
三、推薦名單請徵得當事人同意後，簽署同意書並核章後逕寄本局蔡淑芬課程督學彙辦，推薦名單經審核後，建置於本市閱讀理想國網頁，相關作業詳如計畫內容。
四、本市閱讀理想國網頁尚正建置中，俟完成後另函文學校運用，增益閱讀教育成效。
(一)曾參加各級政府辦理之閱讀教育相關課程培訓20小時以上，或具閱讀教育相關業務推動經驗者。
(二)現任或曾任公私立研究或教學機構之學者專家，具閱讀教育相關之著作、出版、授課、研究、演講等經驗者。
(三)民間團體之資深實務人員，具閱讀教育相關著作、方案執行、演講、倡議等經驗者。
(四)民間實務或專業人士，長期關注閱讀教育等議題，經驗豐富且具聲名者。
