說明：
 
一、依據國立高雄師範大學 103 年 7 月 3 日高師大通識字第 1031003836 號函辦理。
 
二、配合新北市政府教育局 101 年 1 月 1 日至 103 年 6 月 13 日間資訊傳報資料異動，「全國教師在職進修資訊網（以下簡稱進修網）」需自 103 年 7 月 11 日起連續 5 個週末停機，進行比對資料庫及與各單位資訊傳報資料庫內所有資料差異，釐清並重整「全國教師在職進修資訊網」資料庫所有資料，以維護全國教師之權益。
 
三、進修網預計停機期程：
(一)103 年 7 月 11 日-13 日(星期五-星期日)全天。
(二)103 年 7 月 19 日-20 日(星期六-星期日)全天。
(三)103 年 7 月 26 日-27 日(星期六-星期日)全天。
(四)103 年 8 月 2 日-3 日(星期六-星期日)全天。
(五)103 年 8 月 9 日-10 日(星期六-星期日)全天。
 
四、進修網停機影響範圍：暫停進修網所有網頁功能服務、資訊傳報程序、帳號漫遊服務以及電話諮詢服務。
 
五、因「全國教師在職進修資訊網」停機時將無法操作任何系統功能，若課程適逢停機預計期程，建議研習承辦單位於停機前完成下列事項，以順利完成課程之辦理：
(一)請於全面停機前完成課程報名程序，並完成所有報名資格審核事宜。
(二)請於全面停機前下載〔簽到表〕資料，以提供現場教師簽到資料。
 
六、詳細停機資訊，請參閱全國教師在職進修資訊網(http://inservice.edu.tw)最新消息公告或撥打電話： 07-7258600(諮詢服務時間：每週一至週五，早上 9:00~12:00 ，下午 14:00~17:00)。
