一、依據內政部 102 年 2 月 5 日內授移字第 1020954869 號函辦理。
二、旨揭競賽活動說明如下：
(一)生活短片競賽鼓勵全國對新住民相關議題有興趣的社會人士或學生，以 3 到 12 分鐘之短片，表現新住民在臺灣生活之樣態。
(二)創意家譜競賽歡迎全國國小新住民子女以個人或親子共同創作方式，透過訪談、資料及照片蒐集等方式，呈現家族成員生平大事。
三、詳細活動辦法如附件(DM)或逕上內政部入出國及移民署全球資訊網（http://www.immigration.gov.tw）查詢。
四、報名日期:即日起至 102 年 3 月 11 日(一)止，寄件郵戳為憑。
