1.請監考人員遵守:嚴正、公平、公正及不做題目解說之原則進行
2.考場規則(比照學力檢測及教育部法規)
(1)考試時，考生不得有影響其他同學應試之行為（如把玩文具製造噪音或手機電子錶鬧鐘聲），
考場教室維持寧靜，除了英聽檔，不應有干擾考場之雜音（如講話聲音或音樂）。
(2)監考老師在考試期間隨時注意學生一切動作，應位於可明顯觀察到全班 學生作答情況之座
位並不定時進行走動式監考。
(3)考生則務必遵守考場規則、校內手機規範及校規。
◎評量後-
1.試卷紙袋:請清空(很重要),並交回教學組
2.出題老師電子檔(此項考後當周 1/16 周五-下班前) :
月考試題 A(B)+答案卷 A(B) 及雙項細目表、學生學習表現等電子檔 (轉 pdf 檔)
-上傳至 x 槽/教務處/114 教學組/1.月考繳交區/各年級各科資料夾內
◎補考班級請該班導師收齊補考 B 卷並進行以下流程
(年級)補考相關程序，如下說明
1.通知(該班導師)
(1-1)先向家長了解是否有兄弟姊妹 (導師間先達成共識)
(1-2) (在學年大群組)主動通知命題教師 、學年老師，以利統計補考人數及可補考日期
[備註]人數大於 1，則補考日期以最後一位到校學生為限
2.交試題審查表紙本(該學年命題教師)
(2-1)備卷電子檔(用灰階)標註修改處
(2-2)補考前 3-5 日，以電子檔快速審題-請依照審題程序進行(複審後-試題審查表紙本簽名)
3.備卷印製(該學年命題教師)
印製成卷後,直接交給該班導師即可
該班導師-將該生各科考卷交于各考科教師
