為建構更友善校園之職場環境，並完備本規則相關規定，爰修正本規則，其修正重點如下：
一、增訂身心調適假，每學年准給三日，其請假日數併入事假計算，並得以時計，且學校不得拒絕，亦不得為其他不利之處分。（修正條文 第三條）
二、將學校核准延長之病假稱為延長病假；依第四條第六款所請公假修正文字為因公傷病請公假。（修正條文第三條及第五條）
三、調整部分公假規定之款次並酌修內容；將依其他法規所定之公假，及基於法定義務出席作證性霸凌、違反與性或性別有關之專業倫理事件，增列為給予公假事由之一。（修正條文第四條）
四、配合延長病假或因公傷病公假請假及銷假時之檢證採層級化規範， 修正留職停薪期間病癒申請復職時之檢證規定。（修正條文第六條）
五、酌修初任教師於學年度開始一個月以後到職，並奉派兼任行政職務 者，其到職次學年度續兼時，休假日數計算之表述方式；及增訂教師兼任行政職務當學年度未具休假三日資格者，應給予休假三日。 （修正條文第八條）
六、修正留職停薪教師復職後休假日數計算方式，於復職當學年度兼任 行政職務，得以其年資按實際兼任行政職務月數比例核給休假。（修正條文第九條）
七、延長病假或因公傷病之公假，其請假及銷假時之檢證採層級化規範；酌修因陪產請陪產檢及陪產假、娩假、流產假、二日以上之病假、骨髓捐贈或器官捐贈假及因安胎事由申請二日以上其他假別之 假，其檢證規定。（修正條文第十三條）
八、賦予公立高級中等以下學校之主管機關在教師因申請身心調適假處理其課務及代課費用時，應予協助之角色。（修正條文第十四條）
九、配合增訂身心調適假及為配合各級衛生主管機關防治法定傳染病所需採取之必要措施，得請公假之事由，修正私立學校教師請假之假別。（修正條文第十八條）
十、本規則施行日期除第八條及第九條自一百十四年八月一日施行外，自一百十四年十月十日施行。（修正條文第十九條）
