二、為期各機關瞭解當前公部門 EAP 政策推動重點，並增進業務辦理知能，以精進服務品質，總處製作「行政院人事行政總處員工協助方案業務宣導」影音短片，置於總處全球資訊網/公務人員/EAP 專區/如何辦理 EAP （ https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/mp/submenu?uid=225&mid=223 ）項下，請各機關參考運用。未來旨揭宣導措施內容如有增修，總處將配合更新，不再另行函知。
三、另為維護 EAP 服務品質，各機關如與廠商簽訂委外服務契約，宜於契約條款或招標需求中，明定廠商應提供具備合法資格之專業人員名單，供機關查核；並於履約期間，針對須依相關專門職業法律規定（如心理師法）始得執行之服務，落實查驗該項服務提供者是否具備合法專業證書或執業執照。
