一、113 學年度畢業生之數位學生證，其學生身分別註記設定期限至 114 年 10 月 31 日，於期限內仍具有使用市民卡之學生相關優惠。如逾設定期限則變更為一般普通卡別，相關說明如下：
(一)臺南市學生卡過前揭效期後，票卡依舊可使用，但轉為普卡費率扣費；且畢業後即轉為不記名式票卡，無法掛失，若欲享有記名掛失服務，可至一卡通官網(https://www.i-pass.com.tw/Miss)進行一般卡記名申請(因票卡上有個人資料，故僅接受本人申請記名)。
(二)臺南市學生卡因無法確認其戶籍，故過畢業效期後搭乘臺南市公車以一般普通卡之費率扣費。
(三)有關搭乘臺灣鐵路之交通優惠，依交通部臺灣鐵路管理局之規定辦理，而未有上開效期設定之適用。
二、另本市自110年起停止發行學生卡，惟為確保學生族群既有權益，市府新增一般卡種類，分別為「兒童優待卡」及「青少年優待卡」，除了可享有臺南市公車兒童及青少年優惠票價，亦可作為免費進出市轄古蹟場館識別證件、公立圖書館借閱證之用途，並具有支付小額消費、搭乘國內大眾運輸(含大台南公車)、租賃公共自行車與繳納行政規費之功能。。
三、倘學生有需求者，建議家長可洽本市各區公所辧理臺南市市民卡兒童優待卡或青少年優待卡，相關申辦資格如下並請協助宣導，未盡事宜請至市民卡網站(https://civilcard.tainan.gov.tw/)查詢。
(一)兒童優待卡：設籍本市年滿6歲以上未滿12歲之市民(卡片優惠效期至民眾生日滿12歲前一天止，效期屆滿後轉為一般卡)。
(二)青少年優待卡:設籍本市年滿12歲以上未滿19歲之市民(卡片優惠效期至民眾生日滿19歲前一天止，效期屆滿後轉為一般卡)。
