一、 111 學年度畢業生之數位學生證，其學生身分別註記設定期限至112 年 10 月 31 日。學校如未收回註銷者，於前開期限內仍具有使用市民卡之學生相關優惠。如逾設定期限則變更為一般普通卡別，相關說明如下：
(一)臺南市學生卡過前揭效期後，票卡依舊可使用，但轉為普卡費率扣費；且畢業後即轉為不記名式票卡，無法掛失，若欲享有記名掛失服務，可至一卡通官網 https://www.i-pass.com.tw/進行一般卡記名申請(因票卡上有個人資料，故僅接受相片本人申請記名)。
(二)臺南市學生卡因無法確認其戶籍，故過畢業效期後搭乘臺南市公車以一般普通卡之費率扣費。
(三)有關搭乘臺灣鐵路之交通優惠，係依交通部臺灣鐵路管理局之規定辦理，而未有上開效期設定之適用。
二、本市自 110 年起停止發行學生卡，惟為確保學生族群既有權益，市府新增一般卡種類，分別為「兒童優待卡」及「青少年優待卡」，除了可享有臺南市公車兒童及青少年優惠票價，亦可作為免費進出市轄古蹟場館識別證件、公立圖書館借閱證之用途，並具有支付小額消費、搭乘國內大眾運輸(含大台南公車)、租賃公共自行車與繳納行政規費之功能，相關申辦資格及方式公告於市民卡網站 https://civilcard.tainan.gov.tw/周知。
