參加對象：
(一)本市公立國民中小學現任教師；個人或團體均可，團體作者以 3 人為上限、可跨校參賽。每位作者至多投稿兩件。
(二)全校班級數 12 班以上學校請務必送件參賽。
參賽教案：
(一)可採取「主題式」或「融入式」課程模式，必須聚焦月經教學主題（可整合有效教學、差異化教學與多元評量），以精進性平課程與教學。
(二)參考格式如附件。
收件時間及方式：
(一)收件時間： 113 年 9 月 2 日(星期一)至 113 年 10 月 9 日(星期三)中午 12 時截止(紙本寄送以郵戳為憑，電子檔以送出時間為主，逾期不受理)。
