(一)依智趣王數位科技股份有限公司 112 年 4 月 8 日智文字第 112034 號函辦理。
(二)旨揭賽事為教育部與中華電信及智趣王數位科技股份有限公司合作，由主辦單位建置網路創作平臺提供繪本素材，鼓勵國小學童發揮想像力，完成獨一無二的原創數位故事繪本，入圍決賽隊伍更能透過現場演出，展現故事劇情特色。
(三)為持續深化我國反毒教育，教育部與法務部及衛福部食藥署特別於賽事增設「反毒創作組」，期使學童與指導師長在創作過程中，能夠學習正確的毒品防制觀念，本組得獎作品續將轉製宣導教材，全面提升國人反毒意識。
(四)活動報名資訊如下：
１、徵件日期：即日起至 112 年 7 月 2 日（星期日）止。

３、為鼓勵學生參與政府反毒政策推動，本（ 112 ）年度「反毒創作組」入圍決賽隊伍，每隊另頒發「教育部團體獎狀」乙禎。
